Crystalix is played on a fixed hexagonal board. Place crystals into empty cells, line up three or more of the same level, and watch them merge upward — sometimes into a chain reaction that clears the board and multiplies your score. Push a crystal to its maximum tier and merging it triggers a shattering cosmic burst that clears surrounding cells.

Privacy Policy

Crystalix does not require an account. The nickname and gameplay statistics stored on your device remain entirely local and are never transmitted to our own servers.

Information we do not collect

We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, or any sensitive personal data. We do not require sign‑in, and we do not maintain a server‑side database of player identities.

Advertising and Third‑Party Services

Crystalix is supported by advertising provided through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Ads and ironSource mediation). These services may automatically collect standard diagnostic and device data to serve and measure advertisements, including:

• Google Advertising ID (GAID) or device identifier
• Approximate (IP‑based) location and country
• Device brand, model, operating system version, and screen resolution
• Ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, rewarded video completion)

This technical information is collected and processed in accordance with the Unity Privacy Policy and the ironSource Mobile Privacy Policy. We do not store or sell any personal data derived from these advertising partners.

Consent & European Privacy Regulations (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, consent choices for personalized advertising are requested in compliance with GDPR. You may opt for non‑personalized ads or reset your advertising identifier directly from your Android device settings.

Children's Privacy (COPPA & Family Policies)

Crystalix is a general‑audience casual puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Advertising served within the app adheres to applicable child‑directed privacy protections and store policies.

Data Retention

Locally stored game progress (high score, best combo, power‑up timers, and nickname) remains exclusively on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall Crystalix.

Your Privacy Rights

Under regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and similar local laws, you have the right to request access to or deletion of data collected by third‑party advertising networks. You can manage or reset your advertising ID at any time via your device's Settings > Google > Ads.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Crystalix ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue using the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to install and play Crystalix on compatible Android devices for your personal, non‑commercial entertainment.

Acceptable Use

• Do not decompile, reverse‑engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Do not use automated scripts, bots, or memory injectors to manipulate game scores or exploit advertising systems.
• Do not use the App for any illegal purpose.

Intellectual Property

All assets, artwork, animations, hexagonal gem designs, logos, sound effects, and code comprising Crystalix are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

Advertising & Rewarded Items

Crystalix is free to play and supported by advertisements served via Unity LevelPlay. Players may optionally watch rewarded video ads to refill Power‑Up uses (Bomb, Magic Wand) or continue a game run. Power‑up refills through ads are subject to daily limits and cooldown periods. The game does not currently require real‑money in‑app purchases.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Crystalix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free gameplay, and features or game balance may be adjusted in future updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory local consumer protection legislation applies.
